James Harry Osborn (Subject 1974) Project Rebirth II: Was a cloning project created by Norman Osborn (Green Goblin ) & Miles Warren (The Jackal). Green Goblin / Norman Osborn While still on Goblin Serum: untested Human Performance Enhancers which enhanced physical abilities and intellect but drives the user to insanity, invented by Mendel Stromm a.k.a. Wardell Stromm , wanted a son he could be proud of so he takes DNA from Harold "Harry" Osborn (pre-New Goblin) his "in his eyes" failed son and has Miles combine it with a stolen DNA sample of Steve Rogers (Captain America) in 1990 the second sample of his blood, the first used by Red Skull to made himself a clone body of Rogers. After Norman dies has the Green Goblin , Miles learns that Subject 1974 will suffer the same fate has his other clone (Unstable DNA) and also that the Super-Soldier Formula (the serum was not a drug per se, which would have metabolized out of his system, but in fact a virus that effect biochemical and genetic change in the body.) has long- term side effects on the body because it altered biochemistry, like Steve Rogers, the clone body would began to deteriorate starting with the bones. When Harry Osborn became Green Goblin (II) using Goblin serum. Miles steals some, using the only sample he has on Subject 1974 of Project Rebirth II. This stables the clone, fixes side effect of the Goblin Serum ( Which caused insanity in users). Also not only does this fix the problem it seems that Subject 1974 could now made his own serum a mix of both Goblin serums and Super-Soldier Formula in his cells, which was not fatal but to only him and that his bones would become harder and stronger. One un-forseen side-effect Subject 1974 ( James Harry Osborn) can't be clone. This drove Miles Warren (The Jackal) more insane who wanted to create a line of Supersoldiers and the clone would also need to age five years to stablize fully. When the Jackal was killed in one of his attack against Spider-Man and the Scarlet Spider (the Clone Saga). Subject 1974 of the Project Rebirth II, at age 5 was put in stasis pod by Oscrop computer in 2005 in a secret lab. Do to a leak in the pod cooling system he was exposed to Vita Radiation the key to fixes long-term side effect of the Super-Soldier Formula . He is found at age 5 in a stasis pod in old Oscorp Industries building in a secret underground lab by younger version of Dr.Ilya Faro ( of Stark/Fujikawa industries, Inc.) in 2074. He is raised has her adopted son, name James after her own dead son who was killed in a fire, name on the stasis pod said Harry Osborn subject 1974 Project Rebirth II. So the name James Harry Osborn was born. At 7, he start learning Ninjitsu , Aikido, western boxing, Taekwondo and learned other strikes: Karate, Muay Thai, Choi Kwang Do, and gymnastics which like his DNA father Captain America into his own unique fighting style which, he became a master of multiple martial arts. Also, at age 10 he learn how to every weapon know to man (swordsmanship, stick fighting etc.) A boy superGenius, he enters Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at the age of 15 to study electrical engineering, computer science and quantum mechanics . James is awarded enrollment into Stark/Fujikawa Industries inc. internship Gifted program. At 18, he a full time employee at Stark/Fujikawa Industries inc. in the tech department. This is also when is adopted mother Dr.Ilya Faro tell him that he is a clone of both The legendary Captain America & the supervillain New Goblin( Green Goblin II) . At first he is anger but also glad, it explain why he could do what he could and why his mother made him hide some of his skills, he hugs his mother and thanks her. One day he finds himself in poor part of the city were he sees corrupted cops and megacorporation thugs bully a helpless family, without a second thought wearing only a long coat and future style wrap around tinted glasses he jumps into action taking out 20 men. The men were force to run but now the world and evil megacorporations would know a new non-corporation-uncontrolled super-soldier was out there. He would have to hide his identity, once again his mother surprise him with the Green Goblin II gear ( tech base on New Goblin in Spider-Man 3) she had been the one to find both him and the gear in a secret underground lab at Oscorp Industries the secret lab of Norman Osborn. Upgrading tech was easy for James but the armor? Once again his mother came up with the way, "why don't you make the suit base out of (Unstable Molecule Fabric) or "UMF?" (Originally invented by Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four) , He mix it with something called memory plastics (http://www.ambient.ca/cpunk/plastics.html) it worked he was even able to upgrade his face
Enemies: Same ones Spider-Man 2099 has in his time plus Demogoblin, The Laughing Man, some version of

In many ways he superior to the originals. He can "zoom-in" on people and objects that are a great distance away. Thanks to his enhanced vision and reflexes, he can accurately perceive objects in motion that a normal person would see only as a blur. James's hearing is also superhuman, His vision is only enhanced.( not as good has Spider-Man 2099) although he does have a Superhuman Regenerative healing factor it's not has fast as Wolverine but like the Lizard he can grow back limbs and is highly resistant to harm.
Extraordinary intelligence: SuperGenius-level intellect in the fields of genetics, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and computer science and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence, and quantum mechanics. His mental performance is greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible with his accelerated brain activity, James can receive or process large amounts of information and data at once, reading words and pictures at a fast pace. He tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; he also possesses a near-eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation.
Multi-lingual: He is able to speak every language know to man.
Superhuman Regenerative Healing Factor: If James does sustain injury, his body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine, he can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human and unlike Captain America and New Goblin he came quickly recover from grievous wounds, including regenerating lost limbs. For example, if James fell from a great height he would get up and walk way unharmed .The white blood cells (WBCs) and the SSS in his body are efficient enough to fight off any microbe, foreign body to his body keeping him healthy and immune to all infections, diseases and disorders. Examples: He is immune to symbiotes ( like Venom ), toxins and retroviruses (RNA Virus).

Superhuman Speed: James can, run and or exercise as well as operate at superhuman speeds hence his overall body equilibrium is also heightened can run and move at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete although he isn't nearly as fast as speedsters. With his speed, he can outrun vehicles.
Superhuman Stamina: James' body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity. He can exert himself at his peak, he can physically exert himself for at least 2 day without rest and before showing any signs of fatigue.
Superhuman Durability: James's bodily tissues far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. His bones and muscles are denser and harder than Captain America/ Steve Rogers and New Goblin / Harry Osborn. While James can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or Supersonic high speed bullets composed of conventional material, he is very resistant to great impact forces, blunt trauma and normal gun fire. He can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.
Superhuman Agility: James's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. He can coordinate his body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity.
Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete. He dodge gunfire/Lasers even in short range from multiple gunners at the same time.

Weapons as the New Green Goblin 2099:
The New Green Goblin 2099 is armed with a variety of bizarre futurize devices using new weapons adapted from the New Goblin ( Green Goblin II) Oscorp Industries technology. He travels on his " hoverboard", an incredibly fast and maneuverable flying long, snowboard-like glider, equipped with various armaments. Other weapons the new Goblin 2099 uses include Like the original upgraded versions of the Pumpkin Bombs, razor-edged boomerang-like throwing weapons, resembling bats, The Atomic sword a upgraded version of Japanese sword and gloves with retractable claws woven with micro-circuited filaments which channel pulsed discharges of electricity at nearly 10,000 volts. He wears a green Laser proof Armor suit made from upgraded Unstable Molecule Fabric or "UMF." and memory plastics. His face
(Pumpkin Bombs) The New Green Goblin 2099's trademark weapons are his pumpkin bombs. Small orange spheres resembling Jack O' Lanterns, the pumpkin bombs hold explosives, smoke, concussion and flashbomb charges; sonic emitting bombs, magnetic fields bombs and ultra--freon bombs (i.e., a freeze-bombs); Enfold space bombs( little black holes emitting bombs) and inorganic bombs( they only destroy non-organic things in a quick flash).
(Gas Ghosts) Small gelatin ghost-like shapes, this devices releases a noxious hallucinogenic gases that causes nausea, coughing and make you see things.
(Razor Bat Blades) These sharp weapons are short, bat-shaped blades that can be thrown like ninja stars, often in six's. James uses these more to short-out armored suits, flying vehicals or to cut wires. He rarely uses them to slice up people.
(New Green Goblin 2099 sword) upgraded version of Japanese sword. (The Atomic sword) is a weapon made from alloy the can even cut through adamantium. It has the capability of splitting atoms, making it extremely powerful. When used it turns green.
(New Green Goblin 2099 Armor) powered armored suit is a upgraded version of Green Goblin II ( Base on New Goblin in Spider-Man 3) is upgraded version of (Unstable Molecule Fabric) or "UMF." Originally invented by Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four and memory plastics (http://www.ambient.ca/cpunk/plastics.html), this armor was made to be indestructible and was designed to interact with super-powers without hampering them, (Memory Plastics) diffuse impact damage of a piercing attack into a bludgeoning one by spreading it over the whole body. like Harry's Goblin suit differed from the original Goblin's suit in that it was black as well as green, and had a different, less threatening but more practical face
New Goblin 2099 Glider ( Hover Broad)
The New Green Goblin 2099 Glider's is a hoverboard a long, snowboard-like glider, has been remade with upgraded controls and microprocessor are linked direct to James's face mask. Flight is made by creating and manipulating magnetic fields powered by micro electromagnetic pulse generator built in Hover broad. The pilot is attached to the Hover broad via electromagnetic clasps in the front and back. It has great maneuverability and is steered mostly by leaning and will. The new Green Goblin 2099 uses a Cyberpathic link base on Tony Stark's Iron Man tech to control it with his mind built in the face
Note: James Franco played Green Goblin II (Harry Osborn) in Spider-Man 1, 2 3 movies.
